Thats the voice of a Hero

The voice that comes from the inside that pules the body to action.

The voice of a Hero,A Brave man “masman” is his name

 The man who never let fear take his position.

I will go to the battle field and i will return in hurry to embrace you my beloved.

As long as the Apple tree in the front compound Lives

There is hope my beloved and wife.

No matter how long the battle may last

See it as thou am living in it (The apple tree)

for i am gone to save our country,my country

So as never to be a slave to our enemy .

The intruders of our Land

So masman said

I  will beat my chest hard and boost my strength

while i run towards our enemy (intruders) of our land with my men

One,two,three I’ll get them down in numbers

Yet my eyes searches for the Captain

but never lives the sight of the nearest sword.

because i will love to see you again and hold your nu-born child in my arms

And if you should put to bed a baby boy before am back

He should be called “Great”

For He will grow to lead his Time

Brave and fearless

Then after each day of battle

if i should survive

I will walk to my carve tent

having you in memory

looking to the Sky,and Moon,and Stars

and i will Kiss the Air

and wait for the next battle of another day.

but if i Should die ,i bet the apple tree will dry off.

The battle lasted for three years ,masman fought very well,he was even marked “the man of the field,he killed more than two thousand men(soldiers) until the last day,Masman and five men where left

The battle had just ended ,smiles on every face and at that moment masman was just happy he will soon see his beloved . Ban!ban!ban! was the last sound Masman heard. masman Died

Two days later the Apple Tree dried Up(by Okwuonu obinna Godfrey)
